Reservation Policy

A valid credit card guarantee is required to secure your reservation.

The hotel reserves the right to charge the credit card anytime after booking.

Upon reservation 40% of the total amount will be charged to your credit card.

Non-refundable rates require full (100%) prepayment at the time of booking and it is non-refundable anytime of cancellation.

Partially Refundable rates require 50% prepayment of the total amount at the time of booking and it is non-refundable anytime time of cancellation.

21 days prior to your arrival, the remaining balance of your reservation will be charged to your card and will be non-refundable.

For reservations of maximum 3 nights 100% of the rate will be charged to your credit card.

Breakfast is not included in the rate; it is optional and available at La Terrasse Restaurant, just a 2-minute walk away.

The environmental tax is not included in the rate and it nmust be paid directly upon check-in.

The Rate includes all other legal taxes.

Cancellation Policy

Any reservation cancelled 30 days or less prior to the arrival date, or during the stay, will be charged 100% of the total reservation amount and is non-refundable.

For Standard Rate reservations:
Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival are free of charge.
Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival, or during the stay, will be charged 100% of the total reservation amount.

For Non-Refundable and Partially Refundable reservations:
No free cancellation is available.
For Non-Refundable reservations, 100% of the total booking amount will be charged and is non-refundable from the moment of booking, in case of cancellation at any time.
For Partially Refundable reservations, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged and is non-refundable from the moment of booking in case of cancellation at any time. If cancelled 30 days or less before arrival, or during the stay, the remaining 50% will also be charged and is non-refundable.

Early arrival is subject to room availability. If the room is ready, guests may check in; otherwise, luggage can be stored until the room is ready.
Full payment and a valid government-issued ID/passport are required at check-in.
